The P&S step loader ensures reliable singulation and automated feeding or unloading of round bars with diameters from 2 to 25 mm. Additional geometries are available on request.

Various transfer options allow the SL-25 to be adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, separated bars can be transferred to the next process by conveyor belt, pusher axis, robot or a customer-specific solution. Combined with an unloading step loader, it can provide a continuous material flow. The SL-25 can be integrated into existing automation systems, production cells or inspection systems.
