The HMT-S1200 separates HSS and carbide bars for medium-sized batches and lengths of up to 1,200 mm. The machine is based on the HMT-S5 product line and features tried-and-tested P&S separation technology.

Loading and separation
- Manually insert blanks into the magazine (Ø 2–20 mm).
- Diameter range: Ø 2–40 mm
- Bar length: max. 1,200 mm
- Cutting length: min. 5 mm – max. 1,190 mm (one-sided)
- Enter the required length and quantity on the touchscreen.
- Close the protective door and start the machine.
- A bar is automatically lifted into the prism, positioned and separated.
