The DrumFeeder separates round bars with diameters from 1 to 4 mm and lengths up to 120 mm precisely and without damage. It combines reliability and ease of use with flexible integration into a wide range of production environments.
Depending on the application, separated bars can be transferred to the next process by conveyor belt, slide axis or a customised handling interface. This makes the DF-120 suitable for integration into automation systems, production cells or test stations.
