The P&S Universal Step Loader USL-25 ensures reliable singulation and automatic feeding and discharge of round bars with diameters from 2 to 25 mm. Other geometries are available on request.
Various transfer options allow the USL-25 to be adapted to different machine concepts and production requirements. Depending on the application, separated bars can be transferred to the next process by conveyor belt, pusher axis or a customer-specific transfer solution. Material infeed and outfeed are flow-optimised at a central interface, allowing seamless integration into existing automation systems, manufacturing cells or inspection systems.
